I consider myself to be very active on both sides of the lens.  With over a decade of experience as an actor/model/filmmaker, I bring a macro perspective to the table.  I can relate to the common actor's struggles because well....I've gone through them.  And I've experienced, first hand, the kind of difference a great headshot can make in one's career.
